The Developer Support portal has its own credentials database rather than hooking into the forum’s database. For this reason, you’ll need to [Register](https://pvrsupport.imgtec.com/register) for an account.  
  
  
  
We’re looking into ways to unify logins across the [imgtec.com](http://imgtec.com) services, but this is unlikely to happen for some time.

ahhhh okayyyyyyyy, yes the error message didnt tell me that my email was invalid so it s why my question here, point of detail maybe

I’ve just checked. The login should give a “The email address or password you entered is invalid. Please try again.” error if an unknown email address is used. Are you not able to reproduce the error message?
