# libEGL.dll missing

Hi, I cannot seem to run any of the example programs as the libEGL.dll is apparently missing from my computer.  
  
  
  
The Error says the program can’t start because libEGL.dll is missing from my computer Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem

What operating system are you running? Is this a desktop/laptop machine? What graphics card do you have?  
  
  
  
Many desktop graphics cards do not natively support the OpenGL ES graphics APIs. For this reason, we provide our [PVRVFrame](https://www.imgtec.com/powervr/insider/powervr-vframe.asp) emulator to allow OpenGL ES applications to run machines with “desktop” OpenGL drivers.
