Hi friends,

I’m trying to export a model built with 3dsmax 2009. All the materials in the scene has submaterials. These submaterials have diffuse maps. When I read the POD file after exporting, there’s no reference to those diffuse textures. Any clue?

Thanks in advance,
Robert.

POD doesn’t support submaterials - each mesh must have a single material as eah mesh is designed to be drawn using a single drawcall.

To work round this you can split your model into multiple meshes or, preferably, use some kind of texture atlas technique.
