I manage to add 4\*4 border for an OGLPVRTC4 texture with the GUI tool, but when i try with the command line version with t2 parameter, it generate a 8\*4 border just like the t1 parameter.

This appears to be a bug in the command line version of PVRTexTool. The problem has been found and a fixed version will be available as part of our SDK release next month. Thanks for reporting this - I hope using the GUI is sufficient for you in the meantime.

I used the 8\*4 border, it’s a waste of pixels but it work well enough.
