# PVRTexLib doesn't have proper dll exports since 2019 R1

Hi, the 2 latest versions of the PVRTexLib (2019 R1 and 2019 R1.1) will cause link errors in Windows (x86 and x64). Looking at the dlls in Depends, it shows that there are no exported functions. I don’t have this issue with the 2018 version of PVRTexTool.

Did you mean that  
1\>c:\imagination\powervr\_graphics\powervr\_tools\pvrtextool\library\include\pvrtextureheader.h(29): error C2079: ‘pvrtexture::CPVRTextureHeader::m\_sHeader’ uses undefined struct ‘PVRTextureHeaderV3’

I meet same bug.
