# Ticket system login

Greetings,
I try to log into login system and it asks me for a confirmation code, but there doesn’t seem to be an input field for it so I cannot login.

Hi,
I am sorry about these issues. We are currently moving to a new secure server and we have experienced a few hiccups. I have disabled the validation. Do you mind to try again?

Login works, but when I click on create new ticket it sends me to the contact formular.

By the way, “Contact Us” is how you raise tickets now and it is fully functional. We are skinning the portal to make this less confusing.
