Hi!
HTC Wildfire E, Power VR GE 8320, Android 9
**vkEnumeratePhysicalDevices returns 0 devices at all.**
I have no any Validation errors from Khronos Validation Layers.
Vulkan capps Viewer also reports:

Hi andreyogld3d,

It seems the phone you’re using has a PVR GE8322 GPU ([HTC Wildfire E - Full phone specifications](https://www.gsmarena.com/htc_wildfire_e-10595.php)), which was designed to support Vulkan ([Find out about the PowerVR GE8322 embedded GPU IP Core](https://www.imaginationtech.com/powervr-gpu/ge8322/)).

However, it might happen that the SoC manufacturer has not added Vulkan support to the drivers they distribute for your device. Since they are the ones making those decissions, I recommend you contact them so they can inform you about future updates that would allow Vulkan API support on your device.

Best regards,
Alejandro
