Hi David,
The Developer Support portal has its own credentials database rather than hooking into the forum’s database. For this reason, you’ll need to Register for an account.
We’re looking into ways to unify logins across the imgtec.com services, but this is unlikely to happen for some time.

ahhhh okayyyyyyyy, yes the error message didnt tell me that my email was invalid so it s why my question here, point of detail maybe
Hi David,
I’ve just checked. The login should give a “The email address or password you entered is invalid. Please try again.” error if an unknown email address is used. Are you not able to reproduce the error message?
