I was wondering if there are any ETA for having the pod-exporter plugin to work with 3D studio max 2013?

Hi,
 
Support for 2013 is planned for our next release. This should be released towards the end of August. However, we may have a beta version of PVRGeoPOD sooner than that but can't say for sure.

Just to let you know, the lastest SDK release available on our site includes PVRGeoPOD Max 2013 support.
