What GPU driver support is needed?

Hello,



Is it possible to run an OpenCL kernel on a PowerVR Series 6 GPU without an operating system? What about a non-supported RTOS like VxWorks? I realize this isn’t typical or supported but if I could just get a basic outline of what it would take develop/port your own driver for these GPUs I’d much appreciate it. What do you get to start the development/port?

Driver code for PowerVR Series6 is not publicly available.



PowerVR Series6 is licensed directly to chip makers and it is their responsibility to provide drivers for their hardware platform.
