How to set the environment on windows mobile 6.1?

I downloaded the Opengl ES 1.x SDK and wanted to use it on windows mobile 6.1 professional. According to OpenGL ES SDK.User Guide.1.8f.External document, i just need to set the “Active solution platform” to “Windows Mobile 6 Standard SDK (ARMV4I)”, but it failed: “OGLESInitialization : error PRJ0004, can’t create command line for “VCCLCompilerTool””.

But on PC emulator, it is OK. So did you encounter similar problems? And how can i use the SDK on windows mobile 6.1 pro emulator? Thanks!
