When I was using a tool to convert larger PNG images into ETC2 format, the tool process had already ended, but at that moment the expected file could not be read from the disk, in other words, the file did not exist on the disk at the end of the process. My command line execution parameter was “-i xxx.png xxx.pvr -f ETC2_RGBA,UBN”.
