I have been trying to find any information about the license for PVRTexLib. Are you allowed to redistribute it with (server) applications?

PVRTexLib is covered by our SDK EULA (which can be found online here). You can redistribute binaries from our SDK as long as your adhere to the terms outlined in the “Licence Grant” section.
