Hi, I need the pvrtextool V4.20 inside the PowerVR SDK 18.1, where can I download it? Only V5.1 in the download page now.

You can find older SDK releases under Recent Releases - Imagination Developers

The download you are looking is PowerVR SDK, 2018 R1. Please remember to select the correct OS (Windows / macOS / Linux 32 / Linux 64).
