The best is 2.0+ stable version.

Is there a specific issue you are having with PVRTexTool?
If so, could you provide steps to reproduce the issue and a build number for the tool? (In the Help menu, select “Feedback” and copy the build number from there)

We’d much prefer to identify and solve issues in the current version of the SDK and our tools, as we can’t provide support for legacy releases. We will only distribute legacy as a last resort.
