On the IMG BXM-8-256 graphics card, the Vulcan driver does not work. I try to run the game on Vulcan and it does not work, it crashes immediately

Thanks for your message and welcome to the PowerVR Developer Forum.

I would recommend you report the issue to the SoC manufacturer. IMG does not provide drivers directly to the final retail device, but to the manufacturer (which decides when to update them).

The manufacturer will report the issue to IMG which will look into it, finding out if the issue is developer-related or driver-related. In case it is driver-related, IMG will find out whether it has been fixed internally.

Also, have you tried running that game on OpenGL ES? performance might not be that different.

No worries.

In this webpage, in the Platform section, under Chipset, you can see the SoC manufacturer Motorola Moto G54 - Full phone specifications

You can then go to their webpage and fill a “contact us” form reporting the issue.

Driver updates unfortunately are not frequent as the SoC manufacturer has to test a large set of applications to make sure everything works fine before going ahead, which can take time and be costly.
