for some users it is working. for some users it is not working.

Hi brajan1,

Thanks for your message and welcome to the PowerVR Developer Forum!

The message:

Warning: Failed to find a valid platform extension for window system win32. Falling back to eglGetDisplay for playback of call 1 (eglGetPlatformDisplayEXT)

could mean you are trying to play the recording on a device which is not 100% compatible with the features present in the recording. Sometimes PVRCarbon can emulate some of those features, sometimes it cannot.

Are you trying to play the PVRCarbon recording taken from a Yocto Linux device on a Windows machine? Please while on PVRCarbon GUI, select the device where the recording is being played back:

If some users can play a recording back, please:

  • Check with them what setup do they have with PVRCarbon
  • What device are they playing the recording on.
  • If they are using a device different from a local Windows machine, verify how PVRCarbon is connecting to that device.

Best regards,
Alejandro

when i uninstalled and installed the older version of Nvidia GPU driver. it was working fine. No issues
