Does anyone know if the next version of the SDKs implement GLES1.1(MBX version) for PVREngine and also if the demos use this new engine(PVREngine for GLES an GLES2).

There are no plans to release an OpenGL ES 1 version of the PVREngine at this time. There are no PowerVR demos for this API using a version of the engine currently.
