Texture combiner crossbar supported under iOS?

Under iOS, do either the MBX or SGX support the crossbar extension for texture combiners, allowing the use of GL_TEXTUREn as a parameter for the GL_SRCn_RGB name in a glTexEnv call?

I get a GL_INVALID_ENUM if I try to do so under iOS, even with the SGX.
