Why my X51v no libgles_cl.dll

I want use Dell Axim X51v to programming with OpenGL ES .
But  I can’t find the file named libgles_cl.dll from device, could some one help me?

I know the file should be the path : Windows

Hello,

 

The DLL should be in your system as it is built in from factory. maybe you could try downloading our SDK from PowerVR Insider for the x51v and trying the prebuilt binaries on your device. If they work you do not have to worry about the DLLs.
