I am sorry you are having this problem. I haven’t seen it before but I will try to have a look and aee whether I can replicate it.
Which version of PVRGeoPOD, 3DSMax and Windows are you using?

By the way, did you copy the QT libraries as explained in the documentation?

Thanks you Carlos, the CSS of this forum/site was completely broken for some time and I wasn’t able to find the documentation. Now I found it and solved the problem by copying the files as instructed.
