PVRGeoPOD and 3ds Max 2011 Export Crash

Name says it all. I downloaded a scene from an artist. Just a bunch of simple models with textures, no animation, no rigging, nothing like that. Every time I try to export the scene as a .pod, it goes for a while, spitting out object names, then suddenly 3ds max itself crashes with an unhandled exception.

I’m pretty sure it’s happening at the same spot every time too, so I’m wondering if there might be something in the file. I don’t know how to use 3ds Max though, so I have no idea.

I don’t know if there is any way to help me, but if you’ve seen something cause this kind of behavior and have some tips, I would greatly appreciate that.

Would it be possible for anyone to export the file for me? Someone with experience? All I need is that .pod, and the structure of the scene is super simple.

Hi, could you send your scene to devtech@imgtec.com along with your export options so we can reproduce the crash.
