when i open PVRShamanGUI.exe , warning : can’t find qt5printsupport.dll, WIN10 X64 computer

please help me!

Hello,

We are very sorry about this problem. It has been reported before but we could not reproduce it. We have looked at it again and we have fixed this issue (it was a bug in the tool). We are going to do a refresh of our 2019 R1 release that will contain this fix and some others.
In the mean time, you can unzip and copy the attached DLL somewhere in your path to fix this issue.
