I previously downloaded this app in the official Google Play Store but I uninstalled it because it doesn’t do anything. People suggest that it is not a runnable application so it is used in the background. I doubt that it has anything to do in the background activity.
My question is, why is it removed from the Play Store? I thought downloading the app would fix some missing driver issues that runs PowerVR GE8320 found in Mediatek P35 and other SoC chips.
My GPU version for OpenGL ES: OpenGL ES 3.2 build 1.11@5425693.
But the app description and GPU version is: 1.14@5727442 (MAIN) 4.31.4.55

“About PowerVR GPU Developer Driver
PowerVR GPU Developer Driver 1.13 bvnc29.17.52.202
This is the APK that contains the PowerVR GPU driver libraries followed by Google’s framework to allow game vendors getting the latest GPU libraries for testing through Play Store.”
I’ve contacted the app developer in the PlayStore but I haven’t receive any message regarding the app.
I wish Imagination Technologies fully support GPU driver for PowerVR 6 - 8 series. I am always looking for any changes and development about the MESA 3D Vulkan Support for PowerVR GPUs.
